Video Marketing Tactics to Generate Qualified Leads

1.       Gated Content

Generating high-quality leads is the ultimate goal of video marketing. Using gated content is a great strategy to attract potential customers and persuade them to make a purchase decision. All you need is to use a metaphorical gate that asks viewers to provide their contact details, such as name and email address to access video content.

Marketers can use this strategy by simply using a form at the starting on in the middle of the video. According to Wistia, videos that include a form within the first 20% of the video received a 43% conversation rate. I think this number is enough to include a form in your video content and if your goal is to generate leads it is worth thinking about where to include a form in the video.

The strategy of gated content works best for informative videos, product trials, demo, case studies, webinars, and industry analysis reports that convince desperate viewers to provide their contact information to access the content they can’t find elsewhere.

So, next time you create video content, use the strategy of gated content, include a form in the middle of the video to excite prospects to learn what you offer.

2.       Embed Video in Landing Page

It’s no secret that the goal of the landing page is to convince visitors to learn more about the product or service by clicking the CTA button. Integrating a video into a landing page is undoubtedly a sensible strategy that can help you convey your message in a more compelling way.

Believe it or not, adding video to the landing page persuades visitors to convert. According to a study conducted by Eye View Digital, embedding videos on a landing page can increase the conversion rate by up to 86%. It is a highly effective strategy to convince visitors to stay longer on the page and explore the benefits of your products or services.

Furthermore, adding a video to the landing page can increase the trust factor by giving your brand a human face to explain the benefits of your products and what your brand has in store for their customers.

3.       Use a Powerful CTA

Okay, this is something very important marketers need to carefully consider when it comes to making your video a big hit. If you don’t include a persuasive CTA in your video, you are missing out on the great potential of converting prospects into customers. Whether your goal is to collect emails to create a list of subscribers, ask viewers to follow your brand on social media, or want visitors to request a consultation, adding a CTA to your video can help you achieve this goal. A famous video marketing platform Vidyard allows marketers to add a strong CTA directly to your video. Adding a CTA to your video content guides viewers to take the desired action and move further down the sales funnel.

You can also use YouTube Annotations and Cards to create powerful CTAs to make a video more exciting and interesting. You can include a URL, email address, or phone number to help prospects find detailed information and move further down the marketing funnel.

4.       Subscriptions

Many marketers run a YouTube channel where they share informative and interesting videos to increase brand awareness and market their brand, services, and products. YouTube gives viewers an opportunity to subscribe to the channel so that they will automatically notify every time a channel uploads a new video. It gives you a great opportunity to get more returning customers who are already interested in your brand’s offerings and services.

5.       Embed Videos in Emails

Including video in your email marketing campaigns can lead to open rate increases of 6%. It is important to note that An email including a video can reduce your unsubscribe rate by 75%. Embedding videos in email marketing can help you:

·         increase conversion and click-through rate

·         boost email open rate

·         reduce the unsubscribe rate

·         build trust

·         get more social media shares

·         strengthen your SEO efforts

6. Video Retargeting Ads on Social Media

If done right, retargeting campaigns can take your marketing campaigns to a whole new level. It provides marketers with a great opportunity to generate multiple impressions by showing personalized content to each person based on their interest and stage in your sales funnel.

If your prospect has given their contact information via personalized video landing page and getting emails and newsletters from you. It is the right time to leverage retargeting video ads to convince them to consider your brand when it comes to making a final purchase.

Make sure to provide great value through video retargeting ads; you can use tutorials, tips, and tricks, how-to guides, or anything that is helpful for your potential customers. Using video in your retargeting ads can be used to provide additional information, such as sales or upcoming new products to bring excitement among your potential clients.

Remember, the goal of video retargeting ads is to create user engagement, raise brand awareness and remind your leads about your services or products. Don’t try to use sales tactics, it will simply ruin your brand image. Share your brand value or story via video content by entertaining, inspiring, and engaging your audience.

7. Leverage Video Testimonials

Providing your prospective customers with social proof is one of the most effective marketing tactics that can help marketers nurture leads and get them to convert. Video testimonials are one the best types of social proof that your brand can use to eliminate all the doubts and fears about your product or service.

In a video testimonial, a customer or brand shares their experience about your brand and how your products or services helped them to drive positive results. By providing external validation, you can easily build trust and establish your brand as a trustworthy and reliable source from where your potential customers can get quality products or services.

According to statistics, 47% of people prefer to watch a testimonial video as they want to see how a product or service actually works. 77% of people say that video testimonials are too convincing and help them make a purchase decision.

A video testimonial can humanize your brand while putting a face to your products.

If you’re not using video testimonials yet, try incorporating them into your landing pages, emails, social media and allow your potential customers to see what other people talk about your brand. It shows your existing clients and customers that you value their opinion and encourage them to speak positively about your products, services, thereby adding further credibility.

8. Onboarding Videos

When it comes to welcoming new users to a platform, using a video is an intelligent way to educate them about your products and introduce exciting features and usage. 74% of customers watch a video to understand how to use a mobile app or website better.

Using customer onboarding videos can help your new clients learn how to make the most out of your services. With the help of onboarding videos, you can

·         Inform your customers about the core functions and value proposition of your products.

·         Explain a product, service, concept, message, or brand in detail.

·         Provide support and train your customers to get the best user experience.

·         Improve customer retention rate

·         Build long-term relationships with customers

To Sum, All Things Up

Hopefully, incorporating these effective video marketing tactics into your digital marketing strategy will help you attract a wider audience and improve your lead generation efforts. Try these video marketing techniques to get high-quality leads and achieve sales goals this year.

“In some countries, WhatsApp is like oxygen.” – Jan Koum – Co-Founder of WhatsApp

The above quotation is the reason why February 8th is akin to doomsday for millions of people worldwide, a day of reckoning of sorts, as they have to decide by this day. Some of them have decided already and have switched to other messaging apps like Signal and Telegram. WhatsApp’s update of their privacy policy is the big news which everyone is talking about. Even my 6-year-old son is concerned that he won’t be able to talk to his maternal grandparents if I’ll stop using WhatsApp after this date!

The Problem and the Consequences for WhatsApp

People in different age groups have different concerns, and in the coming weeks, the privacy issue on the Internet will once again be the topic of heated debate. The biggest reason people are switching to another app, like Signal, is privacy, as the forced sharing of their data to Facebook is a big no for everyone. Up till now, it was a voluntary decision so that it wasn’t a problem, but now things have changed for the worst.

The alternate apps to WhatsApp are already gaining ground, with the Signal leading the pack. Data gathered by app analytics firm Sensor Tower has recorded a 4200% increase on a week on week basis. In just five days after the announcement, Signal was downloaded approximately 7.5 million times. The figure includes Google Play and the App Store. Another factor that led to a deluge of people moving to Signal is last Elon Musk’s tweet.

The sudden increase in Signal download was even surprising for the company too. And due to unprecedented growth and future challenges, it has ramped up hiring and are interested in finding new talent.

What’s Up for WhatsApp?

“If you get a WhatsApp message, you’re probably going to open it. That’s the interesting thing.” – Harper Reed – American Entrepreneur

That’s the power of WhatsApp as in many countries, it is a household name for some time now, but with just a privacy policy update, the empire has started to shake. The news of its rivals cashing in is alarming for WhatsApp as it is facing such figures across the world, baring the EU as it will not be affected where such data-sharing is illegal under GDPR.

Take a look at the chart below to know the features offered by the three most popular apps.

Interestingly, many people who have started using Signal don’t even know basic information about it or the background. Aspects like who owns the Signal and its performance are considered secondary elements now, with everyone seeming to be ditching WhatsApp as soon as possible. Below is a quick snapshot so that you can know how the Signal was formed.

Signal’s Background Information

Signal is a cross-platform encrypted messaging service. It was initially released in 2014 by Open Whisper Systems and is a successor to the RedPhone calling app and TextSecure texting program. Founded by Moxie Marlinspike and Stuart Anderson, the app gained momentum after their Signal Foundation received a 50 million dollars initial funding from Brian Acton. Acton, who is one of the founders of WhatsApp, along with Jon Koum, sold it to Facebook in 2014 for approximately 19.3 billion dollars.

Other characters in the Signal vs. WhatsApp saga like Telegram, Threema, and Wire are also looking to cash-in. Still, Signal remains the biggest beneficiary of this as Telegram is also making giant strides. The Signal review has been tremendous as it also offers end-to-end encryption and other ferrets offered by WhatsApp.

Latest Developments

After severe backlash, WhatsApp was taken aback, and now it is trying its best to turn the tides in its favor. Recently on its FAQ page, the company clarified that it would not give all your data to Facebook. The sharing of the sensitive profile information was never meant to be, and the update has nothing to do with consumer chats and profile data. At least this is what WhatsApp is claiming, and it will only be after some time that we will know if this statement will benefit WhatsApp in the future.

This is what WhatsApp claimed on their Twitter account.

For the time being, it looks like WhatsApp played their cards wrong and now waiting for the move from their competitors. Meanwhile, this is the reply from Telegram as they’re also making a merry at WhatsApp’s expense.

Over to you

Are you thinking about deleting your WhatsApp account before it is too late? Or do you think that everything has been blown out of proportion and WhatsApp is still safe to use related to the privacy settings? Please share your thoughts with other readers of this blog. Gone are the days when people used to communicate with each other using tweets, comments, likes and shares. We have now moved into a world where more robust social messaging applications have emerged. Among countless of such real-time messaging apps that are becoming quite the trend, Snapchat stands a head and shoulder above from the rest of the market. What makes Snapchat so unique is its amazing filters and the fact that your shared media can only be shared with a close friend circle instead of being publicly available for the entire world. It’s a great app to keep everyone updated.

But is the new app all goody good for capturing ultimate moments in boomerangs and filtered video? Or is there more to this app then what meets the eye?

Introducing Snapchat for Businesses.

It allows you to put your brand ads in front of people who are already interacting with your products. However, no business on social media can see the light of day unless they have the right followers.

Today, I am going to let you in on a secret on how to increase your number of followers on Snapchat.

So without further ado, let’s get into the details.

Charity Begins at Home and So Does Reaching Out Your Followers

Just starting with Snapchat? I am sure you are already familiar with the phrase, “Charity begins at home” and that’s why if you’re searching for quick followers, there’s no place better than home.

Add people who are already existing in your contact list by inviting them to your circle.

They can be your family members, your colleagues, your friends or even your relatives. Search these individuals up in your contact list and send them a Snapchat invite. How does it work? It’s very simple. All you have to do is sync up your contact list with your Snapchat app and allow access to Snapchat to filter out which of your contacts are already using Snapchat. Once the list is curated, you can send them a follow and request them to follow you back too. In this way, you can start with your followers.

Share Your SnapCode with People & Places to Follow You Back

Do you know that a user can generate a SnapCode by simply clicking on your Snapchat display picture? Those dotted patterns sprinkled around the bell icon on your Snapchat display is a form of a QR code. Do you know that this code is shareable and can help your friends find you easily?

If you want to increase your followership, take the QR code and share it on various platforms. There are plenty of social media groups, forums, subreddits and whatnot which you can cash upon.

For instance, if you’re somebody who likes to play the guitars and has some really cool symphonies to share on Snapchat, write a brief description of what you play and share it with your QR SnapCode in different places. Soon, you will find countless people who are interested in guitar playing joining you.

With your guitar videos, you can easily place business ads in between your short videos later on.

You Can Directly Promote Your Username to Attract More People

Just like social media links, Snapchat also provides a unique URL to the users and a specific username that the person or the brand can share in different locations to let others join you up. If you’re a brand that is selling some product/service, you can craft a fascinating post where you can add your username handle and then publish that post in various locations on different platforms.

This unique URL can also be used as a status, a post, a display picture, a story and so on.

Some people also add these unique URLs and links to their about section on different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube channels and other promotion places. By doing so, they attract more followers for the Snapchat account and increase their overall followership.

Creating Valuable Content for Snapchat

When it comes to content creation on Snapchat, you get a relatively small window to create short and crisp content that can resonate well with your followers. One of the best things about publishing content on Snapchat is that good content can quickly go viral, and it can sustain longer than usual.

The same goes for the ads that you’re planning to place in between your Snapchat windows.

You can start with a mind captivating headline that can readily hook the audience’s attention. If it’s a specific format of a headline that you’re using, make sure to provide the right value addition. For instance, many advertisers choose a particular headline, but the video content which they post along fails to complement it. Also, make sure the subject of your Ad should be a reliable clickbait. When you address these factors while creating your Snapchat ad, then it is bound to get tapped by users.

A well-optimized content never fails to increase Snapchat followers no matter the circumstance.

Lastly, Create Contests & Focus on Giveaways

Who doesn’t like to win prize money or something equally rewarding? There’s no better way to increase your audience engagement other than hosting giveaways or launching up a contest to help you attract more visitors. Just use a punchline stating, “Follow to Enter and Be a Part of the Win.”

Before you know it, you will be well on your way, making a great fortune for your business.

Concluding Thoughts

There you go, here are some of the surefire ways that will get you maximum audience to your Snapchat account. Just like your Instagram platform, Snapchat is also a handy platform that helps you create quite a positive impact in the online world. With the right number of followers and the best engagements, you can create quite the impression. How about getting started with Snapchat?

If you want to reach out to a massive audience in today’s business world, then look no further than social media. It is where the maximum number of influencers are present who can give your business the boost it requires. Today, several brands, institutions, and renowned organizations use social media platforms to connect with people on a daily basis. As far as the question is concerned, why do brands consider social media the best platform to promote their businesses? It’s because these social media platforms help create awareness, drive leads, and enable businesses to gain a positive fan following.

Do you happen to have a brand presence of your own on one of the major social networks?

It is highly likely that you must be seeking ways to increase the number of followers on these social platforms. Having 1000 Facebook fans or 200 Twitter followers isn’t going to be enough for you.

If you seek success, it is highly likely that you want to engage more audience. But is it actually possible that you can also have followership of 100k – 200k on your social profile just like some of the big brands on the market? The answer is yes. You can build up the perfect audience for your business.

It’s time you establish your own social media brand presence.

Here are a few tips to help you grow your social media following and keep your vibe alive socially.

Learn Everything You Can About Your Desired Audience

Do you want a profitable outcome from your digital business? And if you want this profitability to be gleaned from social media, then the first thing you need to do is understand your target audience.

A thorough analysis of your desired audience type can help you reach the right goals within no time.

By understanding your target audience pinpoints, needs, and wants, you can craft the perfect social media marketing strategy that can help you attract more followers who are interested.

For example, if you’re a beauty salon business and you want to create good followership, you can publish tips on what are the best ways to perform facials, or which facial products are the best for your skin. The same goes for hair based products! By adding information on some of the latest treatments for hair care such as protein and keratin treatments, you can help create awareness and, at the same time, get a positive number of followers daily who are interested in getting these services.

Most businesses want brands that give off an essence that you care about them. And if you’re able to strike a chord here, there’s a high chance that your provided solutions can get shared in other places.

The best way to build your audience is the way you take to understand them.

Push Your Profiles Through Published Site Content

Just as you publish content on your website and then share it on your social media accounts, you can also do vice versa by allowing people to share your content via the website through social buttons.

Add social media buttons to your website blog posts for starters.

Now when you perform organic SEO research and utilize high volume keywords in your content, the chances for your website blog post to appear on Google become imminent. The higher your website link appears on Google, the more maximum number of people will engage with your content and if they like it, they will most probably share it on their desired social media platforms as well.

In this way, your published content will get the best exposure and you will create some more audience.

Utilize many other ways to push your website content forward. You can also use CTAs in your content, asking people to follow you for more great tips and tricks, product information, and other related queries.

You can interlink your blog posts in different communities and forums as well.

One way or the other, create practices that will give exposure to your content and before you know it, you will start seeing people following you on different social platforms like Instagram and Twitter.

Use Interactive Elements Like Hashtags in Your Posts

The science of hashtags isn’t an odd duck. We are all now quite well-versed with the idea of using hashtags and location tagging. Hashtags can help push the word out for your business and help people find your business more easily on different social platforms. While hashtags are dramatically used on a number of social media platforms, they are more used on Twitter, Instagram & LinkedIn.

With the right hashtags, the chances of your product to appear on the search option for others become more imminent. The hashtag method ensures that your desired target audience can easily find your business and reach to your storefronts. It allows them to view your brand’s online presence & decide whether they should purchase the product from you or not. At the same time, it also helps in creating a community around your business where you, as a brand, can share positive experiences.

Most hashtags acquire organic traffic, which in turn becomes self-promoting. As a result, you eventually start seeing people interacting with your social media platforms and gaining the best of it.

The Best Way to Engage Audience Now is Video Content

More than 95% of the audience on social media is highly likely to engage with brands that offer video experiences. Let’s be honest, how many times do you go through your social media Live Feeds and find yourself more interactively engaging with video content rather than skimming away from written posts. Graphics are your second priority to stick around and watch, but the first is always the videos.

If you want to engage audiences and make your brand presence appear in different locations, it’s best that you leverage the art of video content marketing. It is one of the best solutions to put the word out.

Many famous brands made quite an impact by publishing just a single video. If you go back in time, even the traditional advertisements that we used to watch on television somehow managed to store in our subconscious minds were usually in the form of videos. So imagine coming around something as powerful as the “Think Different” video from Apple or an ad coming from Coca Cola or Pepsi on your brand profiles! A profound video can have some real positive impact and can add more people to your profile. So if you’re planning to invest somewhere, invest your time in creating an engaging video.

To get yourself a good video, you can always resort to a web design Dubai company. We create all types of 2D animations and explainer video content, which can help promote your brand forward.

In a Nutshell

Getting the right audience for your social media platforms can be a real deal-breaker. If you’re capable of investing your time and budget in attracting the right people to your business, then you can eventually create a sound fan following around your business. Fans and followers are the primary agents of dissemination who help push your brand message to larger audiences. And those who don’t cash on it, are going to fall behind in the horse race eventually. Now you don’t want to fall behind as a brand, do you?

Well, every year research takes place and people argue on different timings. But sometimes one research does deliver some serious results.

Lucky for you, we are here to present the perfect timings to post on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Google+

Best time to post on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest

Facebook

Days: Thursday & Friday

Time: 1:00 – 3:00pm (EST)

The closer the weekend comes about the more people check out and check in to Facebook

Instagram

Day: Monday

Time: 3:00 – 4:00pm (EST)

This is mainly due to companies posting during this time and stirring interaction.

Pinterest

Day: Saturday

Time: 8:00 – 11:00pm (EST)

People have more time to sit back, relax, and pin.

Twitter

Days: Monday-Friday

Time: 12:00 – 6:00pm (EST)

Click-through rates are higher during weekdays and work hours.

You need to analyze your data and optimize your postings based on the above-mentioned time. Also, different industries have different customer avatars, keep that in mind while creating your social media post timings.

Seasons also affect your marketing campaign and the product you are marketing. If you are selling wool, you need to start campaigning just before the start of winters. DIY products can be sold most when your consumer is on holiday. Holiday marketing is best during the middle of the week when people are looking to get away from work.

Creating social media business accounts are not enough if you are not posting when your target audience is online. Be its educational content, inspiring photos or creative graphics your timing is everything for your social media marketing. Share your thoughts on what results have you seen while posting during different schedules?

With 500+ Million daily active users, Instagram is the holy grail of social media marketing. Ever since the launch of IGTV, Instagram is not coming slowly at anything.

If you’ve been following our blog, you might have come across two of our most popular Instagram posts, how to write Instagram captions for business and how to find hashtags to drive more sales, that made it clear that engagement on Instagram is the new model of success.

You might be a budding startup that desperately needs some killer Instagram hacks to spice up your brand image on social media.

So, fasten your seatbelt people, here are some mind-blowing Instagram hacks that you can add in your social arsenal and gain a competitive edge over your rivals.

Without any due, let’s dive in!

  1. Post Content at the right time

Timing on Instagram is everything. Posting the right content at the wrong time won’t give you any engagement and views. Instead, if you craft a post and post at the right time, it will gain much attention.

It’s easy to figure out when is the right time to post on Instagram. The next step is to understand that the latest content performs a lot better than the older content when it comes to ranking the content at the top. This means that you must post the content when your target audience is relaxing and browsing all the other content.

These days no brand is a local brand. Every brand on the internet can reach a wider audience and make a name in the global market. That’s why you must keep a log of various time zones so that you can post at the right moment.

Moreover, you must keep your audience in mind when you post. For instance, if you have a local coffee shop in Dubai, the chances are that when the coffee shop is closed, people in other states might want to know when the coffee shop will open again, so they will surely check on Instagram feed to check for any latest update.

  1. Share a Photo, tell a Story

There is a reason why Instagram stories are called, well, stories. When you create a story on Instagram, it becomes a real, in-the-moment connection with your audience.

You don’t even need a professional graphic designer to make all those beautiful photos. Just click a photo and use Canva to give your photo a professional look.

Check out this fantastic story shared by Starbucks on their page.

Notice the quality of the image. The amount of content used and carefully crafted hashtag that will bring maximum traffic because of the contest. And just like every other brand, you can add “link in bio” and encourage your followers to check your content.

  1. Post for the right number of times

Social media is quite tempting and unpredictable at the same time. You never know which of your photos will get 10 likes, or which photo can bring traffic on your homepage, or which metric made all the difference.

But, just like real life, you need a trial and error method to understand the dynamics of your target audience. You cannot post once a day and wait for the traffic to clog your server.

Similarly, you cannot post absurdly and expert users to like every post.

What you need is balance.

And for balance, you must try out a couple of things.

If previously, you’ve been posting once a day, now is the time to post twice a day for one week. Monitor the engagement over the week and figure out what’s the nest for your brand.

  1. Engage Actively with your audience

Next up is the most popular Instagram hack that you can use.

This tip is for startups who are short with budget but willing to create a significant impact.

  • Take your followers behind the curtain and show them the “making of” moments of your product or service. Please encourage them to take part and engage them at an emotional level.
  • If it’s difficult for you to come up with tons of fantastic content, then don’t fear because you can always ask the followers to contribute their content. Run a contest, give a gift, and engage as many users as you can handle.
  • Do you want users to trust your brand expertise? Teach your followers something regarding your brand. Prove your talent and let them know that you have a steady hand on some skills. It can be tips or tricks or in-depth product demos.
  • Ask followers to give feedback and post it on your account. This will provide the user with a sense of belonging with your brand.

Lastly, it’s better to collaborate and build a relationship with old followers. They already trust your brand, so they’ll be the first to share the best of your brand with others.

  1. Use Strategic Hashtags on your profile

The best approach is to use the industry keywords strategically in your profile. Doing so will help your profile show up more in Google search results.

Because on Instagram, users prefer to search by keyword rather than usernames. When you add a keyword in your profile name, it increases the chances of being found.

For instance, McCall’s Pattern Company used “Sewing Patterns” in their profile name so that they can gain some edge over competitors.

  1. Share Highlight of your Story

Do you know what the best way to engage your audience is? It is to build curiosity among them.

Why show your complete story in one-go? You can take help from human psychology and use it for your advantage.

If you give a preview of the coming attractions via a sneak peek of Instagram story, this will force the user to come back to check the complete story. And if you want more engagement, you can even use two or three posts before you reveal the whole story.

  1. Try Instagram Private Account for a change

Recently, some of the brands are leveraging private accounts to gain massive success. The element of curiosity rises when people see that a brand account in private.

When people get curious, they will follow the brand, and before unfollowing, they will think twice.

In a world where a brand needs a public-facing Instagram account, there is no harm in going against the status quo and see if going away from the crowd can work.

Bottom Line

Regardless of whatever you think about Instagram, it is benefiting brands in unimaginable ways.

If you want a substantial following on social media, Instagram is the quickest way to gain a following and trust for your brand. The above seven hacks can help you to give a tough time to your rivals.

Moreover, if you are looking for a digital agency to manage your social media, we are here to help you out.

The good thing about social media is that there are a lot of ways in which you can attract customers and generate leads. But the only problem that businesses face is to entice users to enter the sales funnel which is the first step towards generating a lead.

The techniques mentioned here are simple yet effective, and they will generate the unimaginable amount of leads on social media in 2020.

Eavesdrop on your Brand Mentions

A little eavesdrop can get you a lead. I mean seriously. When you know what customers are talking about you on social media, you’ll be able to help them out either by answering their queries or helping them improve the reputation of your brand.

When a customer mentions your name on any social media platform, it is your opportunity to do something about it. The way you respond to social media mentions directly affects the reputation of your brand.

You can avoid being too pushy and try to pitch your product/service when the customer is in the mood to listen. If the customer is angry, you can calm them down by listening and resolving their issue before you give them some incentive to order from your brand.

Use Live Streaming to engage more customer

Live streaming is an effective way to generate genuine leads with social media. You can take an interview or share a live webinar with your customers. When you share the live link on your social media page, it will be easy for anyone and everyone to join your live streaming and become part of your brand.

You can also share your personal stories or how you do what you do. The stories that you share with the consumer will leave a powerful impact on them, and this might lead them to a landing page or in a customer’s buying cycle where they are tuned to make the purchase.

Seek Help from Social Media Influencers

In a research, it was revealed that 22% of the people of ages 18-34 made a large purchase after seeing an influencer endorsing the item.

Social media influencers are good for brands that are willing to expand their brand’s reach on social media. Influencers already have a good following which makes it easy for them to reach a brand’s target audience.

When you partner with the influencer, people might feel happy and safe to buy your product/service. You can send your products to influencers and ask them for a genuine review of the product.

You might engage the influencers on Twitter by messaging them or on Instagram by engaging them on posts.

Reach more people with Hashtags

Since the day Facebook decreased its organic reach, the only way to increase reach is by adding hashtags. While it is okay to use your hashtags, it is even better to use hashtags that people are already using in their business. This is an excellent way to build your followers so that you can then share content with them and collect more leads.

You can use an online tool like Hashtagify.me allow you to find out the reach of any particular hashtag. This will help you to use already popular tags.

Optimize Profiles & Pages

As they say that a brand is a complete personality. You must build and present your brand’s personality in a way that people can relate to it and learn to trust it.

When your profile will appear in the timeline of people, do you want to leave a lousy impression? I think not. It is your responsibility to optimize your social media profile and pages so that it will deliver the values that align with your business.

For instance, on your profile or social media page, add a link that will take visitors to a landing page. Once the visitors are on the landing page, they’re in the sales funnel cycle, and it will become somewhat easy to persuade them from there onwards.

When customers visit your social media page for the first time, they might ask what does this brand stand for? This is your opportunity to attract those customers. In the about us section of the Facebook page, add as much detail as you can about your business and how your business can help the customers solve their problems or complement their strengths.

Always Use an Optimistic Tone

When you read a comment or brand mention about your business, you might rush to clear the air. But before you do so, take an in-depth look at the following quote:

“We see our customers as guests to a party, and we are the hosts. It’s our job every day to make every important aspect of the customer experience a little bit better.” ~Jeff Bezos

Do you think that your reply is positive? Or the tone of your response sounds a little negative? As a brand, it is your responsibility to maintain a positive brand personality out there. All it takes is a single negative comment to destroy your brand’s reputation.

You need to use various tones on different platforms. For instance, a formal language might work on LinkedIn, but it will bore customers on Facebook. If your brand voice is lost, you can use social media channels to regain your lost reputation.

The Wrap-up

It doesn’t matter if you use social media or not. Your customers are already using social media to search, buy, and refer products to their friends. It is up to you to establish a powerful brand reputation in the digital world out there.

Don’t worry about what your competitors think about you; focus on building a positive, reliable, and persuasive reputation of your brand in the digital world and people will rush towards you to buy from you.
