Good news for all the cricket lovers out there. It is time to clear the decks guys because the 3rd season for Pakistan super league is about to begin. Not just fans from Pakistan, but people from across the globe are waiting eagerly to buy PSL tickets & gear-up for the upcoming tournament that is scheduled to be held in Dubai.

One staggering update for Pakistani fans is that the PCB chief Najam Sethi has announced that PCB is striving industriously to ensure that this year’s final be organized in Karachi. The announcement was made in Multan on June 1st. The team of Multan will be named as Multan Sultans (a quite cheesy name). Furthermore, Najam Sethi asserted that:

“We will have 6 teams and 34 matches, with 3 matches in Pakistan – 2 taking place in Lahore and 1 match played at Karachi. International players will be paid USD 10,000 per match to play in Pakistan next season. A seventh team would be included in the PSL after two years based out of FATA, Sialkot or Faisalabad. Inshallah!”

The PSL schedule for 2018 has come out of the bag. You can check the schedule below. The first match is starting from Feb 22nd and the final is expected to be held in Karachi on the 25th of March. What makes this edition of PSL so special is that it has made it mandatory for overseas players to take part which was not a condition in the precious PSLs.

The sun is shining brightly for the Pakistan super league 2018 because the security consultant Reg Dickason has personally visited the stadiums and gave a positive review for the upcoming event.

The Mighty Reward for the Players

It is important to mention here that just last year, players were offered extra money to return to Pakistan and partake in the final match. However this year, it is deemed indispensable for the players to play the final match with a whopping offer of $10,000 per match as compensation. On the other hand, no allowance will be offered for skimping out on these matches.

Previously, only one match was played in Pakistan, which was the final of the second edition of PSL, hosted in Lahore. This year, fans can also watch Pakistan super league live streaming. PSL live streaming will help cricket aficionados delve into the festivities right from their homes.

The whole team of Branex Dubai wishes good luck to all the teams that are participating in PSL 2018. Winning & losing is not such a big thing, what matters is, the play, the goodness, the joyful moments that reside in the game. Enjoy watching the game!
